By accessing or using Velora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Velora is a SaaS platform that allows resellers to track sales, fees, and profit from online marketplaces. We provide tools for logging sales data and calculating profits.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Velora offers a 3-day free trial followed by a paid subscription at $24.99/month. You will be charged at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store the data you enter into Velora to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Profit calculations are estimates and should not be used as financial advice.
Velora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
